He is survived by: his daughter Cherie Starcher; his siblings, James Starcher, Jean Rose and Millie Starcher; his grandson Daniel Dugger; his wife Cynthia Ober Starcher; his children, Jason Starcher (Valerie) of Imperial, MO, Holly Knuckles (Curtis) of Ashland, KY, Kellie Kiser (Richard) of Roanoke, VA, Tammy Buzzard of Waynesboro, PA and Angela Wade (Jeff) of Terre Haute, IN; and his siblings, Delmar Starcher (Linda) of St. Albans, WV, Danny Starcher (Peggy) of Walton, WV, Ronald Starcher (Gianna) of Amma, WV, June Gentile (Mike) of Boardman, OH and Kimberly Starcher of South Charleston, WV. He is also survived by 10 grandchildren, 1 great grandchild, and many nieces and nephews.
