"Frog" Swift and Dixie Lee Pruitt Swift; her children, Mindy Henson (Brian) of Ashland, Ryan Frame (Heather Moore) and Nathan Frame (Amber Leibee) of Ashland; her sisters, Leslye Mason (Randy) of Cold Spring and Susan Reliford of Ashland; her aunt Judy Hill (David); her friend Corrine Gearhart; her grandchildren, Emily Martin (David McIntosh), Logan Martin, Chloe Frame, Adam Frame, Peyton Moore, Mollie Moore and Layken Roach; and her great grandchild Oliver "Ollie" McIntosh.
