She is survived by: her parents, Thurman Sweeney and Lucretia Sweeney; her husband Galen Broughton; her children, Chad Andrews and Crystal Andrews; her grandchildren, Braden, Layla, Brooklyn, Bentley, Brenna and Dakota; and her siblings, Cindi Schwiderson, Lynn Mullins and Tommy Sweeney.
Most recently, was actively involved in the dog training community running Kim's Kamp K-9, achieving Master title with her dog Hunter through NADD (dock diving) and prior to Covid was having a blast with Love on a Leash which took dogs to visit local nursing homes.
