He was predeceased by: his parents, Lawrence Price and Joann Baker Price; his son Roger Matthew Price; and his brother-in-law Bob Couns. He is survived by: his son Larry Ray Price (Kim); his granddaughters, Mattie and Carlie Price; his fiancée Kathy Whitney; his siblings, Sue Smith (Willie), Debbie Couns, Diane Gee (Phillip), Tony Price (Diane) and David Price (Sharron); and his close friend John Withrow (Anna).
