He is survived by: his wife Mary Williams; his children, Tammy Leibee (Jim) of Columbus, Ohio and Robert Williams (Amy); his siblings, Roy Arnette (Betty) of Salyersville, Ricky Williams (Brenda) of Westwood, Janet Messer (Dallas) of Greenup, Debbie Sweeney of Cannonsburg, Connie Poplin of Greenup and Mary Poplin of Westwood; his grandchildren, Megan, Rose, Andrea, Newport, Brandon, Leibee, Christian Williams, Cassandra Burton, Hayley "NayNay" Conley, Melody "Milly" Williams, Nick Stevens and Brody "Bro" Stevens; and his great grandchildren, Markus, Kyleah, Carson, Landon, Zander and Augustus. He is also survived by extended family and friends.
