It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Leroy Smith (Ashland, Kentucky), born in Sciotoville, Ohio, who passed away on March 5, 2018, at the age of 93, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parent Charley Smith; his wife Ruth Lycan Smith; and his siblings, Bill Smith, Charles Smith, Carl Smith, Ralph Smith and Katherine Smith.
He is survived by: his parent Catherine Hannah Smith; his children, Roy Allan Smith (Rita) of Huntington, WV and Kathy Smith Whitt (Roy) of Fernandina Beach, FL; and his grandchildren, Wendy Hooten, Chris Smith (Heather), Shane Whitt (Amber) and Tara Venditti (Chuck).
