She was predeceased by: her parents, Thurman Augusta Fultz and Charlotte Ellen Johnson; her former husband David Mellert; and her siblings, Jimmy Fultz, Larry Fultz, Ralph Fultz, Alan Fultz, Dennis Fultz, Julia Watts, Diane Chesney and Tina Fultz.
She is survived by: her fiancé Bob Potts; her daughter Jessica Mellert; her sisters, Linda Osmon and Roselee Garrison; her grandchildren, Victoria, James, Brooklyn and Aiden; and her great grandchildren, Maliki, Nevaeh and Samuel. She is also survived by many nieces' nephews, family and friends.
