She was predeceased by: her parents, Clifford Oliver and Irene Jordan; her husband Proctor Mullins; and her siblings, James Oliver, Ethel Roberts, Mary Ann Fannin and Ima Jean Williams.
She is survived by: her daughters, Jodi Allen (James) of Worthington, KY and Tonya VanHoose (Brian) of Catlettsburg, KY; her grandchildren, Blake VanHoose of Catlettsburg, KY and Audrey VanHoose of Catlettsburg, KY; her brother-in-law Charles Williams of Grove City, OH; Tammy Dehart. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
