He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Howard and Patricia Carroll Douglas. He is survived by: his wife Bonnie M. Maynard Russell Douglas; his children, David Wayne Douglas of Ashland, KY, Charles Brett Douglas (Rose) of Ashland, KY and Rhiannon Douglas Vance (Caleb) of Charleston, WV; his grandchildren, Saint, Cain and King; and his siblings, David Douglas (Nancy) of Ashland, KY and Judy Spears (Stephen) of Catlettsburg.
