She was predeceased by: her parents, Ewell Lockwood and Bertha Childers Lockwood. She is survived by: her husband Fred Allen Dixon; her son Charles Ray Dixon; her granddaughters, Angela Stith of Jacksonville, NC and Andrea Sanchez of Ashland, KY; and her sisters, Jo Ann Akers of Ashland, KY and Betty Fannin of Flatwoods, KY. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
