He was predeceased by: his parents, Given Marcus and Anna Campbell Woodward, Sr.; and his siblings, Wendell Woodward and Anne Woodward. He is survived by: his wife Sandra Profitt Woodward; his stepson Rondell Clark of Ashland, KY.; and his cousins, David Woodward of Brooksville, KY, Jim Robinson of Richmond, IN and Gerald Rose of Campton, KY..
