She was predeceased by: her parent Leonard Clemons; her husband Paul J. Bellomy; and her siblings, Sally Boggs, Norma Webb and Junior Clemons.
She is survived by: her parent Sylvia Gholson Clemons; her daughter Vicki West Wright (Dannie) of Minford, OH; her grandsons, Robbie West (Amy) and Randy West (Toni Lewis); and her great grandchild Raegan West. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
