He was predeceased by: his mother Sheila Davis Workman. He is survived by: his father Charles E. Workman of Ashland, KY; his children, Drake Workman of South Carolina and McKenzie Workman of Boyd County, KY; his sister Kristi Davis (Gary) of Wurtland, KY; the mother of his children Kathy Smith; his sibling's children, Lauryn Meadows (Clint) and Cole Davis; his great-niece Skylar Meadows; his great-nephew Knox Meadows; and his aunt Kay Hughes.
