She was predeceased by: her parents, Allen Humphrey and Bessie Brown Humphrey; her husband Lloyd Stanley Prichard; and her siblings, Allen, Curtis, Little Joe Humphrey, Audrey Humphrey, Burnis Barber, Betty May and Alice Mae Lane.
She is survived by: her daughters, Sheila Cartwright (Otho) of Ashland and Teresa Henderson (Carl) of Russell; her brothers, Johnny Humphrey (Connie) of Ashland and Raymond Humphrey (Virginia) of Ashland; her grandchildren, Allison Williams (Rodney), Summer Cartwright and Benjamin Henderson (Angela); and her great grandchildren, Elise Hussey, Jay Cartwright and Toby Henderson. She is also survived by nieces, nephews and extended family.
