She is survived by: her son Ralph Puckett Jr. (Shauna) of Westwood; and her siblings, Albert Bowen (Monica) of Georgetown, Mike Bowen of Ashland, Bonnie Neibler (John) of Columbus, Sylvia Gregory of Tennessee and Joan Dunn of Proctorville, Ohio. She is also survived by extended family and friends.
