Wheeler (Jimmy) of Charleston, SC and Leigh Ann Wheeler Mullins (Vernon) of Flatwoods, KY.; her grandchildren, Kevin Cornett (Tiffany) and Kyle Cornett (Rachel); her husband Charles D. Wheeler; her sons, Clark V. Wheeler and Ramsey C. Wheeler; and her parents, Laurence A. Phillips, Sr. and Lucy A. Lakin Phillips.
