She was predeceased by: her parents, Ira Leake and Jessie Lee Jeffers Leake; her husband Robert Slone; and her siblings, Loretta Hart, Erma Clarke, Elizabeth "Penny" Kelley, William Leake, Thomas Leake and Stanley "Bo" Leake.
She is survived by: her children, Betty Reynolds (Bob) and Ted Slone (Lisa); her siblings, Freda Sturgill of Westwood and James Harry "Dick" Leake of Ashland; her grandchildren, Bobby Trey Reynolds (Lisa) of Ashland, Jessie Cook (John) of Ashland, Ryan Slone (Marie) of Mt. Pleasant, SC and Casey Slone (Susan); and her great grandchildren, Clay Reynolds, Ally Quillen, Jd Cook, Jenna Cook, Isabella Slone, Alex Slone and Shay Slone.
