She was predeceased by: her spouse Russell H. Waugh, Jr.; her parents, Jennie Mazzei and Frank Mazzei; and her siblings, Anne Dolva, Joseph, Vincent, James, Frank and David Mazzei.
She is survived by: her sons, Russell III (Gail), F. James (Jayne) and Joseph David Waugh; her grandchildren, James Waugh (Jamie), Adam Waugh, Erin Stevens and Courtney (Hunter); her great grandchildren, Maggie Waugh, Tabytha, Robyn and Meredith Stevens; and her great great grandchild Liam Walker.
