He is survived by: his parents, Shelby Thomas and Deputy Matt Cantrell of Ashland; his grandparents, Christie Thomas, Allen Thomas of Rush, Larry Cantrell and Teresa Cantrell of Ashland; his uncle Jacob Thomas of Rush; his aunt Kelley Cantrell of Virginia; his great-grandparents, Jerry Caudill, Alice and Jack Grizzle of Grayson; and his grandfather Paul Caudill of Chillicothe. He is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles and cousins.
