He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Joe D. Howard, Charles "Pete" McGlone and Virginia McGlone Stewart. He is survived by: his parents, Joe David and Shelia Dean McGlone Howard of Westwood; his wife Robin Booth Howard; his son Greyson Matthew Howard; his grandmother Loretta Howard of Ashland; his siblings, John David Howard (Heather) of Ashland, Kelli Joell Stevenson of Winchester and Lori Nicole Bone (David) of Lexington; his mother-in-law Kathryn Richard Elkins of Flatwoods; his brother-in-law Christopher Elkins (Jessica); Matt, Jozie Taylor, Mckensey, Madison, Micah, Harper, Rhys, Danielle, Audree, Nathaniel and Madeline. He is also survived by aunts, uncles, and a host of extended family and friends.
