She was predeceased by: her parents, Opal Adams and Franklin Adams; her sister Frances Goodall; and her son Christopher McIntosh. She is survived by: her husband Alan McIntosh; her children, Derek McIntosh of Ashland, Rebecca Coburn (Scott) of Ironton, OH, Laura Fitch (Josh) of Ashland, KY and Jimmy McIntosh (Jennifer) of Flatwoods, KY; and her siblings, Elaine Adams, Donna Kirk and Frankie Adams.
