He is survived by: his daughters, Ashton Michelle Moore and Madison Dawn Moore; his brother Howard Turner (Linda) of Ashland; and his sibling's children, Chelsea Turner of Ashland and Christian Turner of Ashland. He is also survived by extended family members and dear friends.
