She was predeceased by: her parents, William Otis and Goldie Marie Salyers Lafferty, Sr.. She is survived by: her husband Donald G. Kazee; her siblings, Paul Edward Lafferty, William Otis Lafferty Jr., Virginia Goldsberry and Sylvia Jean Lafferty; her children, Walter Shannon Maynard III (Regina) of Ashland, David Brian Maynard of Ashland and Kathy Lou Brooks of Ashland; and her siblings, Johnny Oliver Lafferty (Sue) of Salisbury, NC. and Lillian Houx of Lodi, CA. She is also survived by three grandchildren and two great grandchildren.
