She was predeceased by: her parents, Harry Fannin and Hazel Fannin; her son Charles "David" Pinkerman; and her grandchildren, Christa Jane Cox and Bradric Ruel Fitch.

She is survived by: her children, Ronnie Mayhan and Pamela Fitch of Ashland, KY; and her siblings, Ernie Fannin of Flatwoods, KY and Barb Phillips of Crossville, TN. She is also survived by 6 grandchildren, 7 great grandchildren, and 1 great great grandchild.
