He was predeceased by: his parents, Grover Hogge and Ollie Lewis Hogge; and his siblings, Elsie Littleton, Jimmy Hogge, Elson Hogge, Ernest Hogge, Irvin Hogge and Fred Hogge.
He is survived by: his wife Sue Easton Hogge; his sons, Mike Hogge (Becky) of Morehead and Mark Hogge (Lisa) of Catlettsburg, Kentucky.; his sister Guyneth Lowe of Lancaster; his grandsons, Andy Hogge and Scott Hogge; his stepgranddaughters, Brittany Boyd (Tiffany) and Erica Balmer; and his sisters-in-law, Vivian Hogge and Ermine Hogge. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and other relatives.
