She was predeceased by: her parents, Jay Sparks and Dovie Griffith Sparks; her husbands, Ernest O. Greene and Dennie A. Crisp, Sr.; her son David Keith Greene; her son-in-law Ernie Walters; and her sister Braunda Thompson.
She is survived by: her daughter Tammi Greene Walters of Flatwoods, KY; her daughter-in-law Molly Greene of Ashland, KY; her brother Bill Sparks of Olive Hill, KY; her grandsons, Josh Greene (Victoria) of Ft. Myers, FL and Nicholas Greene (Jessica) of Ashland, KY; and her great grandchildren, Dakota Greene and Joshua David Greene, Jr.. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, extended family members and dear friends.
