She was predeceased by: her mother Thelma Stewart Skeens; and her son Robert "Dean" Foster. She is survived by: her daughters, Bonnie Hart (Leon) of Ashland, KY and Tonya White (Shari Cafaro) of Hartstown, PA; her cousin Georgia Brislin; and her niece Jessica Purvis (Casey).
