He was predeceased by: his parents, Okie James and Opal Gambill Boggs; and his siblings, Harold Boggs and Joyce Dowdy. He is survived by: his wife Mary Jordan Boggs of Ashland; his children, Nicholas Boggs of Ashland and Theresa Watts (David) of Ashland; his grandchildren, Jordan Watts Runnels (Blake), Cody Watts (Taylor), Samara Boggs and Grace Boggs; his great grandchild Logan Runnels; and his sister Carolyn Scott (Dewey) of Flatwoods.
