He was predeceased by: his spouse Diane; his children, David (Sissy), Jon A. (Lori) and Samuel; and his parents, Soley and Ruth.

He is survived by: his children, Bryon and Carolyn Warlick (Jesse); his sibling Judy; his grandchildren, Michael (Kerra), Woody (Amy), William, Jacob, Richard and Allison; and his great grandchildren, Dacey, Delilah and Oliver.

In lieu of flowers donations may be made to Alzheimer's Association.
