It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Patricia Ann Lockwood Consiglio of Ashland, Kentucky, who passed away on December 4, 2021, at the age of 84, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Alice May and Jay Lockwood; her husband Ralph Consiglio; and her brother Harold Lockwood. She is survived by: her son Tony Consiglio; her grandchildren, Ryan Consiglio and Katie Consiglio of Lexington, Kentucky; and her great grandchildren, Carson, Nora Consiglio of Chattanooga, TN and Collins Consiglio of Nashville, TN. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews and numerous extended family and friends.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be sent to South Ashland United Methodist Church.
