She is survived by: her husband Ralph Adkins; her siblings, Joe Brislin Jr., Bill Brislin, Richard Brislin of Ashland and Dolores Hickman of Columbus; her children, Cindy (Byron Phillips) of Flatwoods, Rebecca Clark of Ashland and Thomas Adkins of Elizabethtown; her grandchildren, Larry Smith, Joseph Smith, Travis Clark, Adam (Megan Clark), Allison (Zach Green) and Wyatt Adkins; her stepgrandchildren, Erin Horsley and Joshua Phillips; and her great grandchildren, Garrett Smith, Breanna Smith and Lincoln Clark (Spirit).
