He is survived by: his wife Judy Carol Rice of Ashland, KY; his children, Jeff Rice (Melinda) of Flatwoods, KY, Tina Swindler (Tom) and Paula Jones of Huntington, WV; and his stepchildren, Sam Hunter (Susan) of Ashland, KY, John Conley (Kelle) of Ashland, KY, Kimberly Skaggs (Doug) of Huntington, WV and Kitty Holt (Bill) of Ashland, KY. He is also survived by several grandchildren and great-grandchildren; and a host of extended family and friends.
