With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Paul L. Stephens of Ashland, Kentucky, born in Greenup, Kentucky, who passed away on April 16, 2021 at the age of 83. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Charlie Stephens and Ruth Stephens; and his siblings, Harold, Charles, Billy Ray, Ronnie, June-Bug, Francis, Susie, Barbara and Connie.
He is survived by: his wife Bernice Stephens; his children, Michael Stephens (Jessica), Sandy Litteral (Mike), Debbie Fultz (Richard) and Donna Stewart (Fred); his grandchildren, Chris Youngman, Megan Vitiello, Justin Stephens, Hannah Opell and Emily Blessinger; his great grandchildren, Caleb Youngman, Eli Youngman, Brooklynn Vitiello and Kinley Opell; and his siblings, Jerry Stephens, Betty Keeton, Patty Tackett and Linda Linkous.
In Lieu of flowers donations are suggested to the Wurtland Church of The Nazarene.
