He was predeceased by: his parents, Ora Caudill and Margaret McGuire Caudill. He is survived by: his wife Teresa Griffith Caudill of Ashland; his children, Todd Caudill (Indira) of Ashland, Tracy Caudill of Ashland, KY, Craig Watkins (Michelle) of San Diego, CA and Greg Watkins of Finley, OH; his sister Barbara Williams of Proctorville, OH; his grandchildren, Tierra, Demarcus, Jaxon, Drake, Chris Anne, Kathy and Alex; his nephew Trey Moore of Catlettsburg; and his friends, Sandy Caudill of Ironton, OH, Mouse, Mike Leadingham and Mike Curtis. He is also survived by two great grandchildren.
