He is survived by: his significant other Tonya; and his children, Lisa Patrick (Donnie), Lory Scarberry (Butch), Michael Conn, Rodney Osborne (Bobbi), Diana Fortune (Chris) and Carlotta Lambert (Jesse).
In recent years, Paul collected donations for the Veteran's Outreach Center in Grayson, KY.
