He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Dewey Williams and Numa Hitchcock Williams; his sister Lorrain Baldridge; his grandparents, Caleb and Abbie Gail Hitchcock; his daughters, Diana Ruth Whitt (Michael) of Russell and Paula Sue Clifton of Paris, KY; his siblings, Charles Williams (Pam) of Paintsville and Loretta Conley (late Charles) of Ashland; his grandchildren, Abbie Jayne Whitt, Sean Whitt (Rebecca), Allison Clifton, Andrea Tracy, Angela Clifton, Marvin Clifton III and James Clifton (Bree); and his friend Anna Harris. He was also cherished by nieces, nephews, cousins and good friends.
