She was predeceased by: her parents, Paul Kouns and Margaret Kouns. She is survived by: her son Randy Joe Ratliff; her husband Bobby Ratliff; her daughter Teri Stringer of Lexington; and her siblings, David Kouns of Dayton and Mayme Roberts of Ashland. She is also survived by 10 grandchildren, and 18 great-grandchildren.
