She was predeceased by: her parents, Frank Fowler and Maude Allen Fowler; and her siblings, Eddie Fowler and Anita Turner. She is survived by: her children, Ronald G. Perry II of Ashland, KY and Veronica D. Nunley of Flatwoods, KY; her sister-in-law Judy Fowler of Boyd County, KY; Ronald G. Perry, Sr.. She is also survived by many grandchildren, great grandchildren and one great greatgrandchild.
