It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Phyllis Wurts (Ashland, Kentucky), who passed away on July 3, 2018, at the age of 84, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parent Bert S.; and her sister Rosemary Sturgill. She is survived by: her parent Martha Fannin Rankin; her husband Harry Wurts; her children, Becky Powers of Ashland, Lynn McClelland of Ashland, Steve Wurts (Libby) of Lexington, KY and Paul Wurts (Karen) of Ashland; her sister Geneva Byer of Russell; her grandchildren, Katie Wurts, Keri Wurts, Corey Powers, Dustin Robbins, Jessica Robbins and Haylee Wurts; her great grandchildren, Austin Wurts, Noah Wurts, Katlin Wurts, Conner Robbins, Macey Robbins and Lynley Robbins; Nana.
