He is survived by: his parent Jane Bolton Hale of Ashland; his son Kyle Nicholas Hale (Alyssa) of Nashville, TN; his siblings, Charles Alan Hale of Pocatello, Nanita Daniels (Jerry) of Ashland and Kerry Artis of Ashland; and his granddaughter Penelope Renee Hale of Nashville, TN. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, extended family members and dear friends.
