Randolph D. Spradlin Obituary
We are sad to announce that on October 16, 2020, at the age of 92, Randolph D. Spradlin of Ashland, Kentucky, born in Lackey, Kentucky passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Marcus Spradlin and Allie Collins Spradlin; and his great grandchild Kate Withrow. He is survived by: his wife Deloras Fugitt Spradlin; his children, Randi Jane Hogue (Matt) of Ashland and Dr. Glenn D. Spradlin (Kelly) of Russell; and his siblings, Ben Spradlin of Lexington, KY and Sina Boggs of Colorado. He is also survived by six grandchildren and five great grandchildren.
