With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Ray H. Salyers of Ashland, Kentucky, born in Catlettsburg, Kentucky, who passed away on December 19, 2020 at the age of 83. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Ray H. Salyers to pay them a last tribute.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Lawrence Copley and Mae Robinson Copley; and his siblings, Jackie Colliver, Clara Mae Greene and Jim Salyers.
He is survived by: his wife Melinda Sammons Salyers of Ashland; his children, Mindy Pennington (Mike) of Ashland, Jennifer Moore (Keith) of Fallsburg and Steve Salyers (Teresa) of Ashland; his sister Lila Wiley of Catlettsburg; his grandchildren, Wes Hughes (Holly), Brandon Pennington (Bre), Jordan Salyers (Kate), Justin Pennington (Emily), Jeff Moore (Hannah) and Emily Adkins (Michael); his great grandchildren, Bryden, Carson, Kennedi, Logan, Addie and Archer; his close friend Max; Cass. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and dear friends.
