She is survived by: her children, Prudia Johnston Blankenship, Bobby Leach (Kathy) of Cincinnati, OH and Nancy Leach Walton (Tim) of Morgantown, KY; her grandchildren, Jason Leach, Devin Leach, Bethany Whitt and Nakiah Whitt; and her great grandchild Jayden Woodson. She is also survived by nieces, nephews and good friends.
