He was predeceased by: his son Richard Andrew Ellison; and his stepsons, David Miller and Chris Miller. He is survived by: his wife Carolynn Ellison of Ashland; his sons, Robert Allan Ellison (Kristen) of Florence and Tyler Ellison of Ashland; his stepdaughter Jami Tomblin (Brian) of Orlinda; and his grandchildren, Ainsley Ellison, Chaz Ellison and Sierra Tomblin. He is also survived by friend and companion.
