He was predeceased by: his parents, John Edward and Mary Louise Fraley Swim; and his brother Robert Swim. He is survived by: his wife Montena Stephenson Swim of Ashland; his children, Tyler Gilbert of Ashland, Adam Cordle of Ironton, OH, Aaron McCoy of Olive Hill, KY and Tiffany Worrell of Catlettsburg, KY; and his brothers, David Swim of Ashland and Jim Swim of Raceland. He is also survived by seven grandchildren.
