He is survived by: his wife Sandra Jean Ward Blair of Flatwoods, KY; his siblings, Rolla Blair (Pat) of Huntington, IN and Barbara Harris (Tom) of Huntington, IN; his sister-in-law Milda Blair of Cecilia, KY; his sons, Michael Blair (Kimberly) of Russell, KY and Christopher Blair of Ashland, KY; his grandchildren, Sasha Blair (Joe), Alexandra Blair and Blake Blair; and his great grandchildren, Blaine Melvin, Ember Blair and Elliott Melvin.
