He is survived by: his mother Betty Gay Cochran (Vanhorn); his wife Mary Cochran; his children, Richard Jay Cochran III (Kayla Patrick) and Stacy Leann Cochran; his grandchildren, Braylen Cochran, Aliyah Cochran, Carson Roberts and Emily Roberts; and his siblings, Bonnie Moon (Larry), Linda Johnson, Jean Childers and Mary Gudino (Epifanio). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews; and his special beloved cat.
