He was predeceased by: his parents, William Stai and Eva Taylor Stai; his sons, Brace Taylor Stai and Scott Taylor Stai; and his siblings, Jack and Janet.
He is survived by: his wife Sharon Stai; his son Todd Stai (Rhonda); his grandchildren, Taylor Stai (Alexandra), Trey Stai (Claire), Tyler Lewis, Travis Lewis (Jennifer) and Jacob Lewis; his great grandchildren, Ellie, Tegan and Sophia; and his siblings, William Stai (Sandy), David Stai (Joann) and Marion Syverson (Kenneth). He is also survived by nieces, nephews, extended family members and dear friends.
