He is survived by: his wife Beverly Spradlin Adkins of Ashland, KY; his son Randy Adkins (Missy) of Grayson, KY; his stepsons, Johnny Rice of Ashland, KY and Michael Rice of Ashland, KY; his daughters, Debra Bailey of Ashland, KY and Robin Little (Jim) of Short Hills, NJ; his stepdaughter Teresa Rose (Stephen) of Ashland, KY; and his siblings, Jim Adkins (Louella) of Columbus, OH, David Adkins (Marie) of Rock Hill, SC and Phyllis Dickerson of Lexington, KY. He is also survived by eleven grandchildren, five great grandchildren and two step grandchildren.
