He was predeceased by: his parents, Bobby Sr. and Ella Irene Wheeler Caskey. He is survived by: his wife Lisha Meadows Caskey; his children, Robbie Caskey (Amanda) of Flatwoods, Josh Caskey of Ironton and Ashley Kissam (Jonathon) of Cunningham, TN; his brothers, Scott Caskey of Columbus, OH and Gary Caskey of Navarre, FL; and his grandchildren, Miranda, Madison, Kaylee, Marissa, Robert, Khloe, Jacob, Sean and Tanner. He is also survived by extended family and friends.
